Set your Bet Limit
Tatts Group is committed to promoting responsible gambling, and as such provide measures for customers to limit their weekly spending and self-exclude from our products.
Setting your bet limit & self-excluding can be carried out by clicking on 'Account' while logged in and clicking on 'Self Manage'.
Select this Icon to change your spend limit and period. The amount will need to be in dollars and cents, for example ‘7568.35’. Selecting Save will apply this new limit to your account. The spend limit is the total amount spent on Wagering products, regardless of winnings received in the time period specified.
When initially setting a pre-commitment limit, or lowering the limit, the change is effective immediately.
However, any increase to a pre-commitment limit takes 7 days from the exact second to take effect or the remaining time period set by the previous pre-commitment, whichever is greater.
For example: on 01 June a customer sets a pre-commitment limit of $100 for one month. Then, on 10 June changes it to $100 limit per week. As stated above, the change would take effect in 7 days or the remaining amount of the previous pre-commitment, whichever is greater. In this case, the change would take effect on 01 July and not 17 June as that is the longer time period.
Select this Icon to change your weekly spend limit. The amount will need to be in dollars and cents, for example ‘1000.00’. Selecting Save will immediately apply this new limit to your account. When lowering the limit, the change is effective immediately, however any increase to your weekly spend limit takes 7 days to take effect. The weekly spend limit is the total amount spent on Lottery products, regardless of winnings received in the time period.
