Mosman man wins $10,000 second chance…twice!

A Mosman man is still in shock after learning that his $2 non-winning Scratch-Its tickets and NSW Lotteries Scratch eClub second chance draw has won him two second chance prizes totalling $20,000!

The man’s original windfall was a result of a special Scratch eClub promotion, which gave customers the chance to win $10,000 every day for one month.

Recalling news of his first win the man said recent weeks have been just been crazy.

“When I found out I had won $10,000 my head was spinning. I thought $10,000 wasn’t a bad prize to win from a non-winning Scratch-Its ticket that cost me $2,” he said.

Still recovering from the shock of the first win, the man was in utter disbelief when he was told the next month that he had won another $10,000!

“It was such a shock!” he exclaimed.

“You don’t even expect this kind of thing to happen once in a lifetime but twice in two months is just unbelievable.

“I told my neighbour when I won the first time and he didn’t believe me. You can imagine what he said when I told him that I’d won again the next month,” he laughed.

The man has already used some of his $20,000 windfall to pay bills and buy his family gifts.

“Scratch eClub members just need to enter their eligible non-winning NSW Lotteries Instant Scratch-Its tickets into the monthly second chance draw for another chance to win,” Ms Lewis said.

“Just don’t forget to hold onto your ticket, you will need it to claim your prize,” she added.

“There’s $10,000 up for grabs in the March draw so get scratching!”

Glen Innes man turns $3 into $10,000 with second chance!

A winner from Glen Innes almost fell off his chair after discovering that his $3 non-winning Scratch-Its ticket had made him $10,000 richer.

The local man said he was in disbelief after learning that his entry into NSW Lotteries Scratch eClub Second Chance Draw had produced the unexpected windfall.

“I just couldn’t believe it!” he exclaimed.

“To know that my Scratch-Its ticket, which wasn’t a winner, has now scored me $10,000 is just incredible.

“All because I took the time to punch some numbers into my computer,” he continued.

“It’s definitely worth it!”

The win has given him the opportunity to attend his motorcycle social club’s annual function, an event he otherwise would not have gone to.

“I definitely wouldn’t have been able to go before I won this money so I’m really looking forward to it!”

The man has also shared some of the joy by helping his loved ones.

“I have already used some of it to help my family and some friends.

“Just to buy some smaller items that they can’t afford,” he added.

New glasses for Wentworth Falls’ $10,000 second chance winner!

Mary from Wentworth Falls expressed her shock and amazement after her entry into NSW Lotteries Scratch eClub Second Chance draw won her $10,000.

When recalling news of her windfall Mary said it was just unbelievable.

“This money has literally saved my life!” she exclaimed.

“I haven’t been able to work due to an injury and I can’t get the pension for another two years so this win has come at the perfect time,” she added.

Mary doesn’t have any extravagant plans for the windfall.

“I live a pretty simple life, there’s not a lot that I need, just to pay some bills,” she said

“I’ll probably leave it in the bank, at least until I feel financially secure enough to spend a bit.”

When that time comes, she has considered a couple of items that she may need to replace.

“I should buy a new laptop as mine is at least 10 years old,” she told a NSW Lotteries official.

“Luckily, I can still manage to log onto the Scratch eClub website to enter my tickets but it won’t do much else.

“I also think it might be time to buy myself some new glasses as my current ones are being held together with tape,” Mary laughed.

Second chance scores local Holt man $10,000!

A local Holt man is still in shock after learning that his non-winning $5 Crosswords Scratch-Its ticket has made him $10,000 richer.

The win came after the man entered his eligible non-winning Scratch-It’s ticket into NSW Lotteries’ Scratch eClub second chance draw.

“I was just so surprised when I found out that I had won!” the man exclaimed.

“Although I enter the Scratch eClub draws, it’s hard to imagine actually winning $10,000 just for entering a second chance draw,” he added.

The win was a result of a special Scratch eClub promotion, which gave customers the chance to win $10,000 every day for one month.

“I don’t always get a chance to enter my tickets each month but I am very glad I made the time to enter this month,” the man said.

The man will share his $10,000 windfall with his father.

“Dad is retired now so he will be able to use the extra money to pay some bills.”
