Peterborough man TattsLotto windfall sweet surprise!

A retired grandfather from Peterborough has confessed to having a pretty good Monday morning after discovering he was $333,955.60 richer having won division one and other divisional prizes in Saturday TattsLotto.

“How sweet it is!” the thrilled man exclaimed when a Tatts official phoned him first thing on Monday morning to confirm his windfall.

The over-joyed man won a division one prize of $329.266.60 as well as additional divisional prizes totalling, $333,966.50 in Saturday TattsLotto draw 3757 on 22 July 2017.

The regular TattsLotto player admitted to using what he called his ‘lucky numbers’ to choose his 15-game marked entry.

“I’ve played for a while, and when I chose the numbers I picked my football numbers as well as a few other lucky numbers too.”

When asked how he plans to spend his TattsLotto windfall the Peterborough man said he was keen to share his prize with his large family.

“I’ve got great-grandchildren, grandchildren and my children to share it with,” the man explained.

“We will probably go on a family trip somewhere together.”

The winner purchased his winning 15-game marked entry from Colac Lotto, 146 Murry Street, Colac on his way through the town on a trip to Geelong.

Roslyn Monaghan, owner of Colac Lotto, said she was thrilled to hear about another division one win.

“This is our third division one win in four months – we are on a roll!”

“We had a hat-trick of wins six or seven years ago and after the first two wins this year I kept telling customers we were going for a hat-trick again,” Roslyn explained.

“It’s really exciting news that we’ve managed to get another one! We’ve been celebrating in store and letting all of our customers know it has happened again!

“Congratulations again to the winner, we wish them all the best with their prize!”

The winning numbers in TattsLotto draw 3757 on Saturday 22 July 2017 were 32, 42, 27, 44, 11 and 22, while the supplementary numbers were 7 and 39.
