$1.4 million Lotto win lands with grateful Western Sydney woman

A Western Sydney woman is in a state of shock after discovering she is $1.4 million richer, having won division one in last weekend’s Saturday Lotto $21 Million Superdraw.
“Oh my God! Oh my Lord!” she exclaimed.
The winner, who wishes to remain completely anonymous, said the windfall had come at just the right time for her family.
“You don’t know, we were so bloody broke. We really needed this.”
The grateful winner plans to use her $1.4 million prize to support her family.
A long-term Lotto player, the winner usually plays the same numbers she’s been using for decades. This time, however, she chose a QuickPick.
The 10-game, division one winning QuickPick in Saturday Lotto’s $21 Million Superdraw, draw 3749 on 24 June 2017, was purchased from Lucky Charm – Wetherill Park, Shop 86, Stockland Wetherill Park, 561-583 Polding Street, Wetherill Park.
Lucky Charm – Wetherill Park shift manager Akshay Maggo said he was thrilled to hear the store had sold another division one winning ticket.
“It’s amazing! This is the second time in two months we’ve sold a division one winning ticket!” he explained with glee.
A Lucky Charm – Wetherill Park customer won division one, division three and division four prizes totalling $702,245.46 in Saturday Lotto draw 3729 on Saturday 15 April 2017.
The six winning numbers in Saturday Lotto draw 3749 on Saturday 24 June 2017 were 29, 43, 5, 13, 32 and 1.  The supplementary numbers were 40 and 38.
Across Australia there were 15 division one winning entries in the $21 Million Superdraw, with each taking home a division one prize of $1.4 million.  The winning entries included five from New South Wales, two from Queensland, two from Victoria, one from South Australia, two from the Northern Territory and three from Western Australia.
The Lott’s division one winning tally has now reached 406 so far this financial year, including 115 won by NSW Lotteries customers.
