Bayswater picks up half-a-million-dollars in TattsLotto!

Someone who purchased a TattsLotto ticket in Melbourne’s eastern suburb of Bayswater has pocketed a division one prize worth more than half-a-million-dollars in the weekend’s draw!

The division one winning 36-game QuickPick entry was purchased from Bayswater Lotto, Shop 6 in the Mountain High Shopping Centre, 3 – 11 High Street in Bayswater.

Bayswater’s newest TattsLotto winner has chosen to anonymously celebrate their windfall, while Bayswater Lotto is enjoying the excitement of the win!

It marks the third division one win for the outlet within two years after it sold a ‘twin win’ to a husband and wife in April 2015. Each purchased a TattsLotto ticket from Bayswater Lotto with their favourite numbers without realising that the other had as well – meaning they each won a division one prize of their own!

Bayswater Lotto owner Fu Ge Zhou said he was very happy to have another division one winning customer.

“It’s very exciting! It’s wonderful to know that one of our customers is now half-a-million-dollars richer and we wish them every happiness!” Mr Zhou exclaimed.

Throughout Australia, there were eight entries that won a first division prize of $509,614.77 in the weekend’s TattsLotto draw on Saturday 28 January, 2017.

Along with the division one winning entry purchased in Bayswater there were four other division one winning entries purchased in Victoria and one each in Queensland, Tasmania and South Australia.

The winning numbers in TattsLotto draw 3707 Saturday 28 January, 2017 were 19, 6, 37, 28, 10 and 40. The supplementary numbers were 33 and 8.

The weekend’s winners take the Lott’s division one winners tally to 243 so far this financial year, including 98 won by Tatts customers.
