Milton makes Wednesday Gold Lotto millionaire!

Someone who purchased a ticket in the Wednesday Gold Lotto draw held on 28 December from Brisbane’s inner-western suburb of Milton has unwrapped their $1 million division one prize!

The new millionaire is a registered player however has chosen to remain completely anonymous while they enjoy their new found fortune.

Golden Casket can reveal that the mysterious winner purchased an 18-game QuickPick entry from Cribb Street News, 23 Cribb Street in Milton.

Prati Chauhan is the owner of Cribb Street News and was delighted to have sold a division one winning entry just 10 months after acquiring the business.

“It’s amazing! To have our first division one winning customer so early on is fantastic,” Ms Chauhan exclaimed.

“Let’s see – this could be the start of a long, long winning streak!

“You never know, we may just do it again in tomorrow night’s New Year’s Eve Megadraw!”

Milton may be onto a winning streak of its own after a group of five work colleagues from Milton also cracked a Saturday Gold Lotto prize in late November this year.

Throughout Australia, there were two division one winning entries in Monday & Wednesday Gold Lotto draw 3621, which offers a guaranteed division one prize of $1 million for up to four winners in each draw.

Along with the winning ticket sold in Milton, Queensland, the other division one winning ticket was sold in Western Australia.

The six winning numbers in Monday Gold Lotto draw 3621 on Monday 28 December 2016 were 4, 20, 16, 6, 1 and 10. The supplementary numbers were 34 and 36.

The Lott’s division one winning entry tally has now reached 201 so far this financial year, including 46 won by Golden Casket customers.
