Roxburgh Park delivers a TattsLotto Father's Day dream!

A man from Melbourne’s northern suburbs of Melbourne has pledged to invest his $1.9 million division one windfall from TattsLotto’s $21 Million Superdraw Saturday for his children to ensure they have a good future.

The dedicated dad, who wishes to remain anonymous, was overjoyed when he discovered he’d become a millionaire on Saturday night.

“It’s perfect! It’s a dream-come-true and I discovered the news just before Father’s Day too! So I was extra spoilt this year!” he exclaimed.

“It’s good money you know – I picked the right weekend to win in the Superdraw! When I checked the results and I recognised my numbers (I know them off by heart) it made me very, very happy!

“I was a happy dad dancing all night! I didn’t get any sleep.

“I’ve been playing these numbers for about five years every Saturday – I always go for a System 10 and it’s made up of numbers picked out by my whole family.

“To be honest, a bunch will go towards my mortgage and the rest I’ll speak to my wife about – but it will mean I can give my kids a wonderful future. I’ll make sure of that. It’s all for them, not for me!

“Maybe one day they can travel all over the world!”

The man won division one and other divisional prizes totalling $1,936,890.11 thanks to his 2-game System 10 marked entry.

The winning ticket was purchased from Roxburgh Park News & Lotto, Shop 37 in the Roxburgh Park Shopping Centre on Sommerton Road in Roxburgh Park.

Sanjay Chopra is the new owner of Roxburgh Park News & Lotto and has cracked a division one win within his first eight months of ownership.

“We have had a couple of division two wins over our first months as owners but we had been wishing and hoping for the big one to come along from day one!” Mr Chopra exclaimed.

“Now that’s happened within our first year and it’s just wonderful!

“We’re certainly off to a great start and I hope they’ll be many more division one wins to follow here at Roxburgh Park.

“The winners’ story is just lovely and we wish them all the best with the windfall.”

The winning numbers in TattsLotto’s $21 Million Superdraw 3665 on Saturday 3 September 2016 were 40, 32, 36, 23, 28 and 7, with the supplementary numbers 39 and 41.

The weekend’s winners take the Lott’s division one winners tally up to 75 so far this financial year, including 26 in Tatts.
