Good karma for $200,000 Lucky Lotteries winner!

A woman from the Maitland area has put her 1st Prize win in last week’s Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot draw down to good karma.

The stunned winner was completely unaware her entry in the Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot draw 1035 on Wednesday 22 June had won the $200,000 1st Prize until NSW Lotteries was finally able to break the news to her late on Monday.

“Oh okay,” the stunned winner said.

“I’m in shock at the moment – I think it’ll sink in later! You wouldn’t believe how much this win means to me!

“I believe in good karma – if you give, you will receive and I believe that’s what’s happened.”

The winner said she plans to put her windfall towards her mortgage and when asked if she plans to do something special for herself, the winner replied, “I’m not that type of person. I’ll be happy to pay off my mortgage!”

The winner has chosen to remain anonymous.

The $200,000 1st Prize winning Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot ticket in draw 1035 on Wednesday 22 June 2016 was purchased at Terrace Plaza Newsagency, Shop 18 in Terrace Plaza, Sturgeon Street in Raymond Terrace.

Nicole and Adam Smith are the owners of Terrace Plaza Newsagency and were delighted to be celebrating a Lucky Lotteries 1st Prize win.

“This is the first time we’ve sold a 1st Prize winning ticket in Lucky Lotteries since we’ve owned the outlet,” Mrs Smith said.

“It comes 12 months after we sold a division one winning Saturday Lotto ticket worth more than $722,000!

“We’d like to congratulate our winner who’s received a lovely bonus just before the end of the financial year!

“Now that we’ve sold a 1st Prize winning ticket, we’d like to go one better and sell the Lucky Lotteries jackpot prize winning entry!”

The Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot continues to climb with the jackpot for draw 10083 sitting at more than $7.7 million. The Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot is offering more than $4 million for draw 1036.
