Missing $2 million Oz Lotto winner in Balmain!

For the second consecutive week, Oz Lotto officials are calling on players to check their Oz Lotto tickets after an unregistered entry purchased in the Sydney suburb of Balmain scored the $2 million division one prize pool in last night’s draw.

Even before a try has been scored in tonight’s big State of Origin clash, someone in New South Wales has already kicked a winning goal after the entry they purchased at Elliot Street Newsagency in Balmain scored them a huge $2 million!

Oz Lotto spokesperson Belinda McDougall said because the first division winning entry wasn’t registered to a NSW Lotteries Players Club card, there is no way of contacting the winner to let them know they’re now a new Oz Lotto multi-millionaire.

“We are eager to connect with the mystery division one winner and put a name to the newest $2 million winner,” Ms McDougall said.

“The Oz Lotto truck is loaded and ready to make its special delivery, we just need the winner to come forward to NSW Lotteries and claim their multi-million dollar prize!

“If you purchased an unregistered entry in last night’s Oz Lotto draw 1163 in Balmain, we advise you to keep your ticket in a safe place and have it checked at a NSW Lotteries outlet or online as soon as possible.

“NSW Lotteries players are encouraged to register their entries to a NSW Lotteries Players Club card because not only does this ensure their prize is secure, but it also means they can be contacted directly with the news of a division one win.

“If you have checked your Oz Lotto entry and think you may be holding the division one winning ticket, ensure that you keep the ticket in a safe place and contact NSW Lotteries as soon as possible to begin the prize claim process,” Ms McDougall added.

The division one winning Oz Lotto ticket was purchased from Elliot Street Newsagency, 491 Darling Street in Balmain.

The winning numbers in Oz Lotto draw 1163 on 31 May 2016 were 23, 9, 15, 33, 44, 21 and 6. The supplementary numbers were 1 and 29.
