ACT store syndicate wins $2.1 million Superdraw prize!

There was an additional surprise on Mother’s Day for ten shareholders in an ACT store syndicate after their shared entry won a division one prize worth $2.1 million in the weekend’s Saturday Lotto $21 Million Superdraw!

Dominic De Marco is the owner of Jamison Plaza News which sold the winning store syndicate and said he was thrilled there were lots of winners sharing in the division one prize.

“This is our first division one winning ticket and rather than one happy customer we’ve got ten shareholders all celebrating this $2.1 million win!” Mr De Marco said excitedly.

“We set up this store syndicate just for the $21 Million Superdraw so it made for a very special Mother’s Day for our customers who are now each $210,000 richer!

“We’ve really enjoyed telling everyone who comes into the store that we’ve sold our first division one winning entry and it was a store syndicate. They’ve been congratulating us and saying now that we’ve done it once, we can do it again!

“We’ve set up a store syndicate for tomorrow’s $25 million Oz Lotto draw and as you’d imagine those shares are now very popular – they’re selling really fast!”

The 50-game division one winning QuickPick store syndicate entry was from Jamison Plaza News, Shop A06 in Jamison Plaza, Bowman Street in Macquarie.

Throughout Australia, there were ten entries that won a first division prize of $2,100,000.00 in the weekend’s Saturday Lotto $21 Million Superdraw. Along with the winning entry from the ACT, there were three division one winning entries purchased in New South Wales, one each in Queensland and South Australia, and two each in Victoria and Western Australia.

The winning numbers in Saturday Lotto draw 3631 on Saturday 7 May 2016 were 31, 14, 1, 24, 35 and 3, with the supplementary numbers 8 and 17.
