Work syndicate earns $1 million in Monday Lotto draw!

Tuesday 3 May 2016 - There’s been an exciting and unexpected bump in the road for ten Sydney transport workers after their entry in last night’s Monday Lotto draw scored a $1 million division one prize!

The workplace syndicate, who have chosen to remain anonymous, will share division one and other divisional prizes totalling $1,006,383.55 after their Monday Lotto System 8 entry won first division!

“I can’t believe it! I can’t believe I’m even standing at the moment!” the syndicate leader exclaimed.

“We’re all married and we all have kids so there are ten happy families celebrating this division one win today!

“I was woken up by a phone call at almost midnight last night from one of my work colleagues who had checked our numbers and discovered we’d won first division.

“Everyone in the syndicate was called last night and told the big news. No-one has slept a wink since but how can you after winning $1 million!

“We’ve played our favourite lotto numbers for about two years now. We drew our winning numbers out of a bag and have played them ever since and now we’ve hit the jackpot!

“Everyone has different plans for their share of our division one prize money. One of my workmates said he’s already out looking at new cars today!”

The division one winning Monday Lotto entry was purchased at Newsagency on 3, Shop 3006 in Westfield Parramatta, corner Church and Argyle Streets in Parramatta.

Throughout Australia, there were two entries that won first division in Monday Lotto which offers a guaranteed division one prize of $1 million for up to four winners in each draw. Along with the winning entry from New South Wales, there was a division one winning ticket sold in Queensland.

The winning numbers in Monday Lotto draw 3552 on Monday 2 May were 11, 25, 41, 14, 24 and 40. The supplementary numbers were 32 and 38.
