$12.5 million Powerball prize won in Queensland!

Queensland’s millionaires list has grown overnight after a Powerball player from the Sunshine State scored a life-changing $12.5 million division one prize in last night’s draw!

The online player who purchased their System 8 entry using their own special numbers was one of two division one winners who shared the first division Powerball prize pool of $25 million.

The winning entry was purchased online via theLott.com but the winner will remain a mystery as they’ve chosen to enjoy their new found fortune anonymously.

Golden Casket spokesperson Belinda McDougall said a $12.5 million Powerball windfall could be a massive lifestyle enhancer for the Queensland winner.

“With a huge $12.5 million prize, the Powerball winner could fulfil all of their life-long dreams!” Ms McDougall exclaimed.

“Just imagine – even the simple things like instead of pizza at home, the winner could have pizza in Rome! The possibilities for this new multi-millionaire are endless.”

The division one winning Powerball entry was purchased online via theLott.com – Australia’s official online lottery.

Around Australia, there were two entries that won a first division prize of $12.5 million each in last night’s giant $25 million Powerball draw.

Along with the winning Queensland entry, the other division one winning ticket was purchased in Victoria. The winning numbers in Powerball draw 1065 on Thursday 13 October were 8, 2, 13, 36, 31 and 6. The Powerball number was 15.

Powerball will offer a $3 million division one prize pool for next Thursday’s draw.
