Unclaimed TattsLotto prize could turn around a hard-'Knox' life!

Friday 29 January 2016 - Someone who purchased an entry in the weekend’s TattsLotto draw from Knox Central Lotto in Wantirna South may still be completely unaware that they’ve cleaned up a division one prize worth $802,299.97!

Tatts spokesperson Claire Taylor said the winning entry was not registered to a Tatts card so Tatts has no way of contacting the ticket holder with the news that they can potentially turn around their hard-‘Knox’ life.

“Tatts has been patiently waiting almost a week now to hear from the unregistered winner who purchased their division one winning TattsLotto ticket in Melbourne’s eastern suburb of Wantirna South,” Ms Taylor said.

“Any players who purchased an unregistered TattsLotto entry from Knox Central Lotto are urged to check their tickets as soon as possible, because they are in it with a chance to be the missing winner we’re looking for!

“Players tend to be creatures of habit, only checking their last entry when they come in to buy their next one, however a division one prize on the loose should be a good incentive to break the normal routine.

“Just imagine how a prize worth more than $800,000 could change someone’s life!

“We recommend anyone who believes they are holding the winning entry, to keep it in a safe place and contact Tatts immediately to start the prize claim process.”

The division one winning entry was purchased from Knox Central Lotto, Shop KB-1, Knox City Shopping Centre, corner Burwood Highway and Stud Road in Wantirna South.

Throughout Australia, there were five entries that won a first division share of TattsLotto’s estimated $4 million division one prize pool on Saturday 23 January, each worth $802,299.97. There was one winning entry purchased in Victoria, one was sold in Queensland, and three in Western Australia.

The winning numbers in TattsLotto draw 3601 on Saturday 23 January 2016 were 41, 33, 45, 20, 24 and 44 with the supplementary numbers of 29 and 12.
