Saturday Lotto win could be a new start for someone in Newcastle!

Friday 29 January 2016 - Someone in Newcastle could put their New Years’ Resolutions into overdrive with a division one share of more than $1 million which was won almost three weeks ago with an unregistered Saturday Lotto ticket.

NSW Lotteries spokesperson Claire Taylor said that unfortunately the ticket holder has not yet claimed their division one prize and could still be completely unaware they have become a millionaire in 2016!

“Imagine trudging on without realising you had a life-changing windfall ticket worth $1 million in your possession for almost three weeks!” Ms Taylor exclaimed.

“If you purchased a ticket Saturday Lotto in Newcastle West, it’s time to check your wallet, purse, drawers and even piles of papers stacked on the kitchen bench for any forgotten Saturday Lotto tickets as you could be the millionaire we’re searching for.

“We recommend anyone who believes they are holding the winning entry, to keep it in a safe place and contact NSW Lotteries immediately to start the prize claim process.”

The division one winning entry was purchased at Marketown Newsagency, Shop 8 in Marketown Shopping Centre in Newcastle West.

The winning numbers in Saturday Lotto draw 3597 on Saturday 9 January 2016 were 20, 25, 36, 30, 18 and 2, with the supplementary numbers 5 and 11.
