$711,000 Saturday Lotto win in Ashfield!

Monday 14 September 2015 - A Sydney man in his 50s said his mortgage will be a distant memory after winning a division one share in the weekend’s Saturday Lotto draw!

The winner scored a first division prize of $711,872.69 in Saturday’s draw when he matched all six winning numbers on his 50-game QuickPick entry.

“I just checked my entry on Saturday night after the draw and couldn’t believe it!” the winner exclaimed.

“I’ve never won anything like this before. I’m over the moon! The first thing I plan to do with my Saturday Lotto prize money is pay off my mortgage!”

The winning entry was purchased at News Ashfield Mall, Liverpool Road in Ashfield.

This is the third time this year the outlet is celebrating selling a division one winning entry. In February, it sold a first division winning ticket in Saturday Lotto draw 3507 worth $862,000 followed closely by an $87,000 division one win in The Pools draw 1543 in March.

Throughout Australia, there were six entries that won a first division share of Saturday Lotto’s estimated $4 million division one prize pool on Saturday 12 September, each worth $711,872.69. Along with the winning entry from Ashfield, a further two New South Wales entries from Laurieton and Raymond Terrace won division one prizes, and one winning ticket each was sold in Victoria, Tasmania and Western Australia.

The winning numbers in Saturday Lotto draw 3563 on Saturday 12 September 2015 were 17, 42, 21, 29, 38 and 16. The supplementary numbers were 27 and 11.

Superdraw prizes still unclaimed!

For more than one week, three Saturday Lotto players who purchased division one winning tickets in Saturday Lotto’s $21 Million Superdraw on Saturday 5 September have remained a mystery!

Three first division prizes each worth $750,000 were won with Saturday Lotto tickets purchased from Norwest Newsagency in Baulkham Hills, Hornsby Mall Newsagency in Hornsby and Edgeworth Newsextra in Newcastle, but the unregistered winners still haven’t come forward to NSW Lotteries.

NSW Lotteries urges Saturday Lotto players to check any unregistered Superdraw tickets purchased at those outlets to check them as soon as possible!
