Altona East's missing TattsLotto winner found!

Friday 28 August 2015 - It’s taken almost two weeks but the mystery of who won a division one prize worth more than $240,000 in the TattsLotto draw on Saturday 15 August with an entry from the Melbourne suburb of Altona East has finally been solved!

A local man from the Altona area, who wishes to remain anonymous, has come forward to Tatts today to claim his $240,226.75 division one prize, but admitted he’d actually known the good news all week!

“I realised I’d won on Monday but I wasn’t in a hurry to claim my prize so I had a quiet celebration instead with a couple glasses of wine!” the winner exclaimed.

“I’m now planning to use my windfall to build an investment property.”

The unregistered 15-game marked entry was purchased from Circle News & Lotto, 63 The Circle in Altona East.

Across Australia, there were 17 entries that won a division one share of TattsLotto’s estimated $4 million division one prize pool, worth $240,226.75 each. Along with five winning entries sold in Victoria, there were four winning tickets purchased in New South Wales, four in Queensland, one in South Australia, one in Tasmania and two in Western Australia.

The winning numbers in TattsLotto draw 3555 on Saturday 15 August, 2015 were 36, 23, 12, 6, 28 and 26. The supplementary numbers were 43 and 27.
