Springfield's missing millionaire finally claims prize!

Monday 20 July 2015 - It took twelve days but the missing Springfield millionaire has finally come forward to Golden Casket to claim their $1 million division one prize from Wednesday Gold Lotto draw 3467 on 8 July.

The retired Brisbane man, who wishes to remain anonymous, said he was aware of his new millionaire status since the day after the draw.

“I actually checked the Wednesday Gold Lotto results in the newspaper the next morning,” the happy winner explained.

“As I looked at them, I thought that’s my number, that’s my number as well and that one too. Before I knew it, I had them all!

“My wife and I have everything we need so we’ll be sharing this prize money with our children!”

The winning four-game marked entry was purchased at Nextra Orion, Shop 29 in Orion Springfield Shopping Centre in Springfield.

Throughout Australia, there were four entries that won a first division prize in Wednesday Gold Lotto draw 3467 on Wednesday 8 July, each worth $1,000,000. There were two winning entries from Queensland, the other two winning entries were purchased in South Australia.

One mystery millionaire still missing!

The hunt continues for the missing Morayfield winner who won a $1 million division one prize with an unregistered entry in Saturday Gold Lotto’s $22 Million Superdraw on Saturday 20 June.

As the division one winning entry was not registered to a Winners Circle card, Golden Casket has no way of contacting the winner to let them know that they’re now a millionaire.

Anyone who believes they are holding the winning ticket should keep it in a safe place and contact Gold Casket as soon as possible to start the prize claim process.

The winning Saturday Gold Lotto $22 Million Superdraw ticket in draw 3539 on Saturday 20 June was purchased at Nextra Morayfield Village, Shop 5 in Morayfield Shopping Centre, 171 Morayfield Road in Morayfield.
