$4.55 million Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot won in ACT!

Wednesday 10 June 2015 - The winning streak continues for the ACT with the state chalking up another multi-million dollar win – this time in Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot!

Just one week after an ACT woman won $50 million in Powerball, a Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot ticket purchased in Woden scored the $4.55 million jackpot prize in the Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot draw 1014 on Friday 5 June.

The winning entry was registered to a Players Club card so NSW Lotteries was able to contact the winner, who wishes to remain completely anonymous, with news of their Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot win.

The winning Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot ticket was purchased at Thistle Kiosk, Shop KG 4A in Westfield Woden in Woden.

Graham Barker is the owner of Thistle Kiosk and was thrilled to discover another one of his customers in now a multi-millionaire.

“This is the second time in two years that we’re celebrating selling a winning ticket,” an elated Mr Barker announced.

“Incredibly, this week it’ll be two years since we sold a $10 million division one winning Powerball ticket!

“We’re so happy for our customer and wish them all the best for the future!”

Unlike lotto style games where the top prize is often shared between winners, Lucky Lotteries is a draw lottery where the jackpot winner takes the lot. This means the jackpot prize can only be won by a unique Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot ticket number.

The jackpot prize in the Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot game is won when the selected jackpot ticket number has already won a cash prize in the same draw.

The Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot prize has reverted to the base prize offer of $1,000,000 for draw 1015 with a guaranteed first prize of $200,000 to be won in each draw. For your chance to win, why not grab a ticket at any NSW Lotteries outlet or online via Tatts.com.
