$1 million Saturday Gold Lotto division one win in Cleveland!

Wednesday 27 May 2015 - There’s a secret celebration happening in Queensland after one of the state’s newest millionaires came forward to Golden Casket and claimed their first division prize from the weekend’s Saturday Gold Lotto draw!

The winner, who wishes to remain completely anonymous, won a first division share worth more than $1 million in the weekend’s draw with a Saturday Gold Lotto ticket they purchased in the Bayside suburb of Cleveland!

Richard and Lorraine Riseley are the owners of Nextra Newsagency Cleveland, the outlet that sold the division one winning entry.

“We’re very happy for the new millionaire and all the staff at Nextra Newsagency Cleveland would like to congratulate the winner and wish them all the best for their future!” Mr Riseley said.

“It’s not the first time we’ve sold a division one winning ticket but it’s still a thrill! We’ve had customers asking when we’ll sell another big one, now we can tell them we just did!

“With Powerball jackpotting to $50 million this week, we’re hoping history will repeat itself and we can sell another division one winning ticket in less than a week!”

The winning 50-game QuickPick Saturday Gold Lotto entry was purchased from Nextra Newsagency Cleveland, Shop 42 in Stockland Cleveland Shopping Centre, 91 Middle Street in Cleveland.

The winning numbers in Saturday Gold Lotto draw 3531 on Saturday 23 May 2015 were 39, 31, 1, 2, 38 and 45 with the supplementary numbers of 26 and 34.

Throughout Australia, there were four entries that won a first division share of Saturday Gold Lotto’s estimated $4 million division one prize pool on Saturday 23 May, each worth $1,021,747.62. Along with the winning entry from Queensland, there was one each sold in Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia.

What would you do if you had the power to change it all? Powerball has jackpotted to an out-of-this-world $50 million for Thursday’s draw. Tickets are available now from all Golden Casket outlets or online from Tatts.com.
