The Boom Town Rats, featuring Sir Bob Geldof, echoed most people's thoughts when they repeatedly sang "I don't like Mondays", but the Cowboys are quite comfortable with the first day of the working week - at the moment, anyway!

It's because after losing their first three matches, North Queensland have won the next two, both on Monday night. To wrap up Round 6, they take on defending premiers Souths  at ANZ Stadium, and you guessed it, on their favourite day of the week - Monday!

The Rabbitohs might be vulnerable after key playmaker Adam Reynolds was ruled out for around five months with a serious knee injury. The young halfback is the leading points scorer after five rounds, has the most kicks in general play and is high up on the try assist list. But luckily for the Bunnies, John Sutton returns from a broken jaw and slots into five-eighth, with Luke Keary moving to number 7. That's the major change to Michael Maguire's 17, although he has also named Cameron McInnes and Nathan Brown on an extended bench.

The Cowboys are sticking to the same 17 which impressively dispatched the Panthers 30-10 in Penrith a week ago, although Glenn Hall has been included as 18th man. TattsBet's favourite for the Dally M, Jonathan Thurston is the key for the Townsville franchise. J.T. is second in try assists (5), 2nd in line break assists (5) and has booted 52 kicks in general play. Little wonder winger Matthew Wright has crossed four times and is again a chance to post the opening try.

That said, Souths have their own super star in Greg Inglis , another high in the Dally M Market. The talented fullback is prominent on the try assist and linebreak assist lists, but so far in 2015 has crossed ovr just once. If he's over the knee problem which slowed him down last week, I'm tipping GI will add to his tally Monday night and might even score first .
