Another EPL side faces elimination from the FA Cup when West Bromich Albion hosts West Ham United at the Hawthorns on Saturday night (AEST).

Both sides come into this fifth round fixture after mid-week matches in the EPL. Eighth on the ladder, the Hammers had a goaless drawn with fourth-placed Southampton, while West Brom enjoyed a handy 2-0 victory over Swansea to help ease relegation pressures.

WBA beat Championship side Birmingham City 2-1 in the fourth round, thanks to the Anichebe/Berahino show. The pair put on the two goals in the first half, with Saido Berahino providing the assit and Victor Anichebe finding the net. Berahino himself scored a goal at The Hawthorns against Swansea.

After surving a tense penalty shoutout against Everton, the Hammers squeezed past League One leaders Bristol City 1-0 after a late goal Diafra Sakho.

West Brom may have the home ground advantage, and as such are slight favourites, but the last time these two met at The Hawthorns, West Ham prevailed 2-1. That was in early December, and since then, they've played a 1-1 draw.
