Central Coast man 'gobsmacked' by division one win!

Monday 26 October 2015 - Monday delivered a brighter future for a Central Coast dad who received the life-enhancing news that his entry in the weekend’s Saturday Lotto draw had scored a division one prize!

The winner was unaware his System 8 entry had won first division and other divisional prizes totalling $682,092.61 until a NSW Lotteries official contacted him this morning to deliver the good news.

“Are you joking me? That’s crazy!” the winner exclaimed.

“I recently lost my job so it’s been a stressful time not knowing what to do. This windfall has just taken care of my mortgage and it looks like there might also be a family holiday on the horizon!

“I’m gobsmacked! I’m shaking like a leaf at the moment! I can’t wait to call my wife and tell her this amazing news. I reckon this win will keep me in the good books for quite a while!”

The winning System 8 Saturday Lotto entry was purchased online via Tatts.com. The winner has chosen to remain anonymous.

Throughout Australia, there were six entries that won a first division share of Saturday Lotto’s estimated $4 million division one prize pool on Saturday 24 October, each worth $666,139.21. There were two division one winning entries from New South Wales, two were purchased in Victoria, and one each in Tasmania and South Australia.

The winning numbers in Saturday Lotto draw 3575 on Saturday 24 October 2015 were 1, 29, 15, 40, 18 and 37 with the supplementary numbers of 8 and 30.
