Novar Gardens' $2 million Saturday X Lotto winner unearthed!

Tuesday 13 October 2015 - The hunt is over for the mystery Novar Gardens multi-millionaire who won more than $2 million with an unregistered ticket in the weekend’s Saturday X Lotto draw on Saturday 10 October.

The unregistered winner, who wishes to remain completely anonymous, has come forward to SA Lotteries to claim their $2,021,399.92 first division prize.

The 18-game marked entry in Saturday X Lotto draw 3571 on Saturday 10 October was purchased at Novar Gardens Newsagency & Post Office at Shop 5, 122 Morphett Road in Novar Gardens.

It’s the second big win this year for Novar Gardens Newsagency & Post Office which sold a division one winning Monday X Lotto ticket worth $1 million to a syndicate of friends from Adelaide in February!

One mystery first division winner found – three still missing!

While one mystery first division winner has come forward to claim their prize, SA Lotteries is still waiting for three more missing winners to discover that they can join the division one winners club too!

It’s been almost two months since an unregistered entry purchased in Ingle Farm won a $240,000 first division prize in Saturday X Lotto draw 3555 on 15 August 2015. The unregistered entry was purchased at Ingle Farm Lotteries Kiosk, Kiosk 4 in Ingle Farm Shopping Centre on Montague Road in Ingle Farm.

One missing winner may not be aware they’re now a millionare after their unregistered Wednesday X Lotto entry they purchased at On the Run in Elizabeth South almost one year ago won a division one prize worth $1 million on 22 October 2014.

There’s one last mystery to be solved with a $580,000 first division prize still going wanting 18 months after it was won in the Saturday X Lotto draw on 5 April 2014. The unregistered entry was purchased at Hotel Barker in Mount Barker.

SA Lotteries spokesperson Claire Taylor said because the first division winning tickets were not registered to Easiplay Club cards, SA Lotteries has no way of contacting each of the state’s missing division one winners.

“We are encouraging customers to check their wallets, handbags, pockets, glove boxes, drawers and even on the fridge door for any forgotten X Lotto entries because they could be one of the mystery division one winners SA Lotteries is waiting to hear from.

“SA Lotteries encourages customers to register their entries to a Easiplay Club card because it ensures their prize is secure and that we can contact them if they win division one.

“So if you believe you are holding one of these winning tickets, we encourage you to keep it in a safe place and contact SA Lotteries as soon as possible to start the prize claim process.”
