Friday 9 January 2015 - The search for the missing TattsLotto winner who purchased an unregistered division one winning TattsLotto ticket in Newcomb is over after the winner came forward and claimed their prize.

For more than one week, the local mum was unaware she’d won a share in first division worth $471,528.56 in TattsLotto drawn on Saturday 27 December 2014.

“I was cleaning out my purse the other day and I discovered I had an old TattsLotto ticket in it,” the stunned winner explained.

“When I checked my TattsLotto entry and realised I’d won first division I started shaking!

“I still can’t believe it now! This is such a great start to 2015! The first thing I plan to do with my TattsLotto prize money is buy a family home.”

The division one winning 24-game QuickPick ticket was purchased from Bellarine Village Lotto, Shop 12 in Bellarine Village, Bellarine Highway in Newcomb.

Tatts reminds players of the importance of registering their lotto tickets to a Tatts Card so all of their prizes are secure and they can be contacted directly with the good news of a division one win.
