The Nudgee Quality for fillies and mares has been re-scheduled for Saturday.

Following a wash-out last week, the girls will be on show at Doomben today, following a perfect change in the weather!

The Listed Nudgee Fillies & Mares Handicap was originally programmed for last Saturday, but Brisbane's big wet meant the $100,000 feature was washed out. However, racing authorities quickly re-scheduled the event for this week and now there's a bumper 10 race card at Doomben.

One of the leading hopes to snare the $64,000 winner's cheque is Breakfast In Bed . Trained by Toby Edmonds on the Gold Coast, Breakfast In Bed is coming off a gallant last start victory over Endless Shadow and Playtime at 1400m. And the five-year-old daughter of Hussonet can again finish over the top of her opposition.

Overall, Breakfast In Bed has won seven and been placed another seven times from 24starts, for $263,850 in prize money. Two starts ago she stormed home to run second behind Tarloshan in the Listed Just Now. That form was franked when Tarloshan won the Sunshine Coast Cup last Sunday.

Mick Mair's Queen Of The Lochs , the consistent Little Brown Horse , topweight Tukiyo and improver Pickabee are all chances in an open event.
