Saturday Lotto wins in Allambie Heights and Jesmond!

Monday 25 August, 2014 - A NSW Lotteries player who purchased their Saturday Lotto ticket in the Sydney suburb of Allambie Heights is starting the week more than $1.4 million richer after they won a first division share in the weekend’s Saturday Lotto draw!

The winner, who wishes to remain completely anonymous, has come forward and claimed their first division prize worth $1,438,292.08.

The winning entry was purchased from Allambie Heights Newsagency and Newsagency owner Chang Xu said he’s been over the moon since he discovered his outlet sold a division one winning ticket in Saturday Lotto.

“It’s so exciting! We’re very pleased and happy for our winning customer,” Mr Xu said.

“It’s very thrilling to know that one of your customers is a new millionaire! With $15 million up for grabs in tomorrow’s Oz Lotto draw, we’re hoping that lightning strikes twice!”

The winning Saturday Lotto 50-game QuickPick entry was purchased at Allambie Heights Newsagency at Shop 5 in Allambie Heights Shopping Centre, 151 Allambie Road in Allambie Heights.

Another division one Saturday Lotto prize of $1,438,292.08 was also won in New South Wales on the weekend.

The $1.4 million division one prize was won with an unregistered Saturday Lotto ticket purchased from Jesmond Newsagency, Shop 54 in Stockland Mall, 28 Blue Gum Road in Jesmond.

NSW Lotteries encourages all players who purchased an unregistered Saturday Lotto entry in draw 3453 in the Newcastle suburb of Jesmond to check their ticket today!

Throughout Australia, there were three entries that won a first division share of Saturday Lotto’s estimated $4 million division one prize pool, each worth $1,438,292.08. Along with the two winning entries from New South Wales, one winning ticket was from Victoria.

The winning numbers in Saturday Lotto draw 3453 on 23 August 2014 were 29, 43, 40, 11, 30 and 41 with the supplementary numbers of 2 and 4.

Sydney prize still unclaimed!

For more than three weeks, a Saturday Lotto player who purchased a ticket in Sydney has remained unaware that they’ve won $400,000!

The first division prize worth $400,009.97 was won with a Saturday Lotto ticket purchased from Henry Deane Plaza Newsagency in Sydney, but the unregistered winner still hasn’t come forward since draw 3447 on 2 August 2014. NSW Lotteries urges Saturday Lotto players to search for any forgotten tickets and check them as soon as possible!

There are more chances to win this week with $15 million up for grabs in tomorrow night’s Oz Lotto jackpot draw. Tickets are available at any NSW Lotteries outlet or online via Tatts.com.
