Cartlon  will look to continue their early-season revival when they host West Coast  in Round 6 of the AFL.

The Blues finally have the monkey off their back following last week’s 28-point win over the Western Bulldogs and Mick Malthouse will be urging his side to go back-to-back on Saturday. Last weekend’s victory was soured when Chris Judd, marking his first start of the season, pulled his hamstring after just six minutes on the pitch. Malthouse will have to find someone to replace the Blues champion and also fill the vacant positions injured duo Ed Cunrow and Tom Bell have left.

The Eagles were flying high early on in the season until back-to-back defeats to Port Adelaide and Geelong have seen them drop to fourth on the ladder. Darren Glass will miss the trip to Etihad Stadium due to a suspension he picked up on Easter Saturday. Will Schoefield was unlucky to miss selection last weekend but is poised to come straight into the starting squad this week.

Carlton will be looking to revive their season after a very shaky start, but missing Chris Judd to injury is a massive blow for them. The Blues will have to contend with a West Coast side that will be hungry for a win and prevent a third consecutive loss. The match is shaping up to be one of the highlights of Round 6, and as betting suggests it’s a match that on paper hangs in the balance.
