Cincinnati host Denver on Tuesday (AEST) with a win one step closer to the AFC North title .

Cincinnati is hoping to secure their second straight AFC North title on Tuesday, but a single loss in their final two games of the season could force them out of playoff contention altogether. Sitting on a 9-4-1 record has them tied with both the Steelers and the Ravens in the north. With their final game in Pittsburgh to face the Steelers, Tuesday’s clash could make or break season. Last week in their 30-0 victory over the Browns, running back Jeremy Hill was near perfect, rushing for 148 yards off 25 carries for two touchdowns. Off the back of Hill alone, the Bengals continue to garner attention in the futures market, sitting just behind the Detroit Lions .

The Broncos are through to their fourth straight playoff series. Last week’s 22-10 victory over the Chargers gave them an 11-3 record this season, clinching another AFC West title in the proccess. The combination of MVP favourite Peyton Manning and wide receiver Demaryius Thomas has been the cornerstone of their success this season. Together, they have combined for 1389 yards and 11 TD’s, making them one of the most dangerous pairings in the league. While fellow AFC heavyweights the New England Patriots are favourites to take home the not only the Super Bowl trophy , but the AFC trophy as well , fans continue to back the Broncos to take both, with Denver third favourite in the futures market and on the second line of betting in the AFC Conference market .

It has been over a decade since the Bengals tasted victory over the Broncos, but with so much to play for, Cincinnati are poised to make Tuesday’s match a thriller. While it's hard to separate these two teams at the moment, the one thing that is almost certain is that Thomas will cross the white line at some point in the game, maybe even nab the first touchdown .
