$30 million winning Oz Lotto ticket sold in Woden – is it yours?

Thursday 18 December 2014 - NSW Lotteries is putting out the call for anyone who purchased an unregistered Oz Lotto ticket in the Canberra suburb of Woden to check their tickets as soon as possible because they could be a staggering $30 million richer!

On Tuesday night a single entry sold from newsXpress Woden in the ACT scooped the entire $30 million Oz Lotto division one prize pool!

NSW Lotteries spokesperson Belinda McDougall is urging everyone who purchased an unregistered Oz Lotto ticket in Woden to check their entry as soon as possible because they could be a new multi-millionaire.

“If you believe you are holding the winning Oz Lotto ticket, we advise you to keep your ticket in a safe place and contact NSW Lotteries immediately to begin the process of claiming your truck load of cash!” Ms McDougall said.

“Your privacy is important to us at this very exciting time in your life and we’re looking forward to hearing from you soon!”

The winning entry wasn’t registered to a NSW Lotteries Players Club card so there is no way of contacting the newest Oz Lotto multi-millionaire.

NSW Lotteries’ players are encouraged to register their entries to a NSW Lotteries Players Club card because not only does this ensure their prize is secure, it also means they can be contacted directly with the news of a division one win.

The division one winning entry in Tuesday’s $30 million Oz Lotto draw was sold at newsXpress Woden, Shop L66 in Woden Plaza, 8 Bradley Street in Woden.

The winning numbers in Oz Lotto draw 1087 on 16 December 2014 were 25, 21, 11, 42, 20, 45 and 4. The supplementary numbers were 23 and 1.

There’s another chance to win big this week with $10 million up for grabs in tonight’s Powerball draw. Tickets are available at any NSW Lotteries outlet or online via Tatts.com.
