Marc Marquez got back to winning ways in Malaysia last time out after failing to win in the four lead up events. The Spaniard, who has been the known champion for quite some time now, will look to end on a high on home soil. If the short-priced favourite can take out the Valencia GP, it will be his 13th of the year and 45th of his short career, equalling Aussie rider Casey Stoner’s total wins.

While the 21-year-old is expected to lead throughout the race, there will be a fierce battle to watch out for between Yamaha team mates Valentino Rossi and Jorge Lorenzo . With second spot of the driver’s championship still up for grabs, there’s no doubt the pair’s competitiveness will be on show for all to see. Rossi heads into the final race of the season 12 points ahead of Lorenzo in second, however it’s the Spaniard who is expected to fare better on the day.

Others nibbled out at odds in the market are Dani Pedrosa and Andrea Dovizioso . Pedrosa won in the Czech Republic seven starts ago while Dovizioso is seeking his maiden Moto GP win after finishing on the podium on two occasions this year.
