After a remarkable start to the season, Arsenal will look to new signing Alexis Sanchez for guidance ahead of their tough trip to Swansea on Monday (AEST).

The Gunners’ EPL form this season has been impressive, losing just once this season at the hands of table toppers Chelsea. Last weekend’s 3-0 triumph over Burnley lifted them into the top four, and that’s all thanks to one man. Alexis Sanchez is already justifying his big money move from Spanish giants Barcelona, bagging seven goals in the opening ten matches – more than any other midfielder in the league. Five of those goals have come in Arsenal’s last three matches, and he’s the  equal favourite in the first goal scorer market.

Swansea have been somewhat of a surprise packet in the opening stages of this season, sitting just two points behind their opponents in seventh spot. Gylfi Sigurdsson has been pulling the strings for the Swans in the midfield, while Wilfred Bony has continued from where he left off last season, registering four goals already this campaign. A win over the Gunners would see them leapfrog their opponents into fourth on the ladder, and with Arsenal still without the likes of Ozil, Arteta and Giroud, Garry Monk will feel his side are in with a chance.

There’s no doubt the trip to Wales is a tricky one for Arsene Wegner’s men, but they head into the match as commanding favourites. The last encounter between these two sides ended with a scoreline that reads 2-2, and you’re getting  for that to occur on Monday morning.
