Pittsburgh needs to start stringing some wins together before the playoffs begin, starting with Tennessee on Tuesday (AEST).

The Steelers have proven, at times this season, they are up there with the League's offensive elite.  But they have also shown that at their worst, they are on par with some high school football teams. Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger was making strides in the MVP market midway through the season, directing Pittsburgh to a three-game winning streak against the Colts, Ravens and Texans. But following his poor performance against the Jets last week, which included only one touchdown pass in the final two minutes, it looks as though an MVP trophy is well out of his reach.

It is another poor season for Tennessee . Having won only two games this campaign, they are set to miss the playoffs for the seventh year in a row. The signing of veteran quarterback Charlie Whitehurst was seen as a necessity given his eight-year experience, but it appears the former Seahawks is past his prime, being replaced by rookie QB Zach Mettenberger last week. He may only be three games into his young career, but Mettenberger's combination with tight end Delanie Walker , who has 512 yards off 38 receptions for four TD’s this season, is something for Titans fans to finally get excited about.

With Pittsburgh capable of delivering some breathtaking offense, they have been heavily backed at the line (-6) with TattsBet. Given they have the League’s best wide receiver, Antonio Brown , it might just be one-way traffic.
