All eyes will be on Old Trafford on Monday morning (AEST) as Manchester United host table toppers Chelsea in the EPL.

United slipped up yet again to a seemingly weaker opponent on Tuesday, and in all fairness it could have been worse. The Red Devils required a last-minute goal from Belgian international Marouane Fellaini to salvage a 2-2 with West Brom, leaving them in sixth spot and ten points adrift of the Blues. United’s defensive troubles were evident once again in an uninspiring display, and unsatisfied fans are beginning to vent their frustration. It’s not all doom and gloom for Louis Van Gaal’s men, however, with club captain Wayne Rooney returning from a two-match suspension he picked up against West Ham in Round 6.

The Blues remain the only team in the league undefeated this campaign, and already at this early stage, the title look to be going to London. Summer signing Cesc Fabregas netted the winner in a 2-1 win over Crystal Palace last weekend, however all the focus heading into Monday morning’s clash surrounds Chelsea’s other new signing, Diego Costa. The Spanish international missed last week’s win and is a major doubt with a groin strain. Costa’s absence would be a big blow for the Blues, with the strong forward netting 9 of the clubs 23 goals in the EPL this season.

Chelsea are dominant in the head-to-head market, however many punters think United can cause an upset. The Red Devils tend to lift when the Blues come to town, losing just one in the past six matches played at Old Trafford.
