How to Self-Exclude
Self-exclusion is a means of preventing further transactions from your current internet account for an initial period of 180 days.
Further, free, private and confidential help is available through the national 24 hour Gambling Helpline on 1800 858 858 or visit www.gamblinghelponline.org.au 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
To view a contact list for counselling services in each State of Australia, please select the Responsible Gaming link at the bottom of each page of this website.
The process enables members who wish to self-exclude from being able to use their registered internet account for an exclusion period of 180 days.
You can either:
- contact us on 1300 138 132 (during extended business hours),
- submit a Self Exclusion Notice in the manner set out below.
The Online Process
Self-exclusion involves the submission of a Self Exclusion Notice which is able to be completed online. Members considering Self-Exclusion should carefully read the terms and conditions outlined in the Notice. If you agree to these conditions and would like to continue with Self Exclusion, complete the instructions at the bottom of this page.
Your completed Self Exclusion Notice will then be submitted and your registered account will be de-activated immediately, for an initial period of 180 days.
Please note that after this period your account can only be re-activated upon receipt of a written request by you. This written request should be directed to Tatts Online.
Members who Self-Exclude three times are permanently barred.
