Missing $1.9 million Superdraw winner found!

Wednesday 2 April, 2014 - The mystery millionaire who won a first division share in the weekend’s Saturday Lotto $21 Million Superdraw with an unregistered ticket has come forward and claimed their $1.9 million prize!

The man from Sydney’s Northern suburbs was gobsmacked when he realised his Saturday Lotto ticket had won a share in first division.

“I checked my Superdraw ticket on the internet today and I went numb when I realised I had all the winning numbers!” the stunned winner said.

“I don’t normally check my Saturday Lotto tickets for weeks. I don’t know what prompted me to check it today!”

When asked if he might pay off the mortgage, go on a holiday or spoil the kids with his prize money, the new millionaire replied, “I’ll probably do the lot!”

The winning unregistered 50-game QuickPick was purchased from World Newsagency Metcentre, Shop G11 in the Metcentre, 273 George Street in Sydney.

NSW Lotteries always recommends customers register their entries to a NSW Lotteries Players Club card as it ensures their prize is secure and that NSW Lotteries can contact them directly with news of a division one win.

Throughout Australia, there were 11 entries that won a first division share of the weekend’s Saturday Lotto $21 Million Superdraw, each worth $1,909,090.91. There were two winning entries from New South Wales, three each in Queensland and South Australia, two were from Victoria, and one winning ticket was sold in Western Australia.

The winning numbers in Saturday Lotto draw 3411 on 29 March 2014 were 22, 26, 21, 29, 10 and 41 with the supplementary numbers of 25 and 27.

There’s still a chance to win big this week with $25 million up for grabs in tomorrow’s Powerball jackpot draw. Tickets are now on sale from all NSW Lotteries outlets and online from Tatts.com.
