This is a game Manchester City  should win and must win handsomely. Sunderland  is struggling and face the title aspirants at fortress Etihad, hard enough for any team, yet alone one battling just to stay in the Premier League.

City’s  title hopes took a massive blow on the weekend courtesy to a 3-2  loss at the hands of fellow title contenders Liverpool. Manuel Pelligrini’s men are seven points off the top-of-the-table Reds but have two games in hand. If the title is going to make a return to the Eithad, the sky blues cannot afford to drop any points from their remaining six games.

Sunderland  on the other hand is in a dog fight of their own. Sitting seven points below the relegation zone with two games in hand, they will be just as hungry for maximum points. Sunderland know how to beat City, too. The last time the teams met in November, Sunderland surprised everyone with a 1-0  win at home.

A Sunderland win looks a long shot though, the black cats have failed to muster a win since the start of February.
