$1.4 million Bucket List with Healesville win!
A retired man who purchased his $1.4 million TattsLotto Megadraw winning entry from Sanctuary Lotto in Healesville has now claimed his prize.
The winning man is delighted with the windfall and said his wife is already busy making a Bucket List of plans for how to spend the prize money!
“I’ve played TattsLotto forever, and once it got me into trouble! It was my second year of marriage and I’d forgotten my wife’s birthday, so I quickly bought her a lotto ticket at the newsagent to give to her with a card and a nice note,” the winning man said.
“Well, she burst into tears when I gave it to her because I hadn’t bought a gift! But wouldn’t you know it, the ticket came up trumps and won her £50 which was more than we had in the bank in those days.
“Now I’ve won a division one prize in TattsLotto all these years later and she’s out making a Bucket List for what to do with the prize money!” the winner laughed.
“I’d like to buy a holiday home that my wife and I can go away and relax in. We’ll be sharing the prize money with our children and their families too,” the winning Grandfather added.
The TattsLotto System 8 QuickPick entry won a first division prize of $1,428,571.43, along with other divisional prizes totalling $1,489,621.58. The entry was purchased from Sanctuary Lotto, Shop T5 in The Walk Shopping Centre, Healesville.
