“We’ll settle our mortgage straight away then I’ll take my wife on holiday. We won’t spoil the kids but we’ll give them a helping hand with the prize money,” the winning husband said. 

The winning 36-game QuickPick TattsLotto entry was purchased from Cowes Newsagency, 44-46 Thompson Avenue in Cowes.

A retired man from rural Victoria was thrilled with the news he’d won more than $1.4 million with his System 8 TattsLotto Megadraw entry purchased online from

“My wife didn’t believe me when I told her I had all six winning numbers on my ticket. We sat up until midnight letting the news sink in. We haven’t had much sleep at all since!” the man said. 

“We’ll go on a nice cruise to celebrate, and my wife has her hand up for a new car now!” he laughed.

A number of division one winning entries in the TattsLotto Megadraw were not registered to Tatts Cards, so Tatts is encouraging players who purchased unregistered entries to check their tickets today! 

Tatts Lotteries spokesperson Zoe Knobel said there are still four mystery winners in the state. 

“It’s fantastic to see such a spread of Megadraw millionaires across Victoria,” Ms Knobel said. 

“We’re encouraging TattsLotto players who purchased entries from the following locations to check their tickets as soon as possible as they could be one of our mystery Megadraw millionaires! 

“Unregistered winning entries worth more than $1.4 million were purchased from; Northcote Lucky Lotto in Northcote, 18 Lucky Lotto in Springvale, Bentons Square News and Lotto in Mornington East and Sanctuary Lotto in Healesville. 

“If you believe you may be holding one of those valuable TattsLotto Megadraw tickets, contact Tatts now to start the prize claim process and kick-off your New Year as a millionaire!” Ms Knobel added. 

Throughout Australia, there were 21 entries that won a first division share of TattsLotto’s $30 million division one prize pool in draw 3387, each worth $1,428,571.43. Along with the eight winning entries purchased in Victoria, five were purchased in South Australia, three were purchased in New South Wales, three were purchased in Western Australia and two were purchased in Queensland. 

The winning numbers in TattsLotto’s $30 Million Megadraw 3387 on 4 January 2014 were 6, 32, 10, 40, 5 and 28 with the supplementary numbers of 37 and 29.
