Four Queensland entries score $1.6 million each in Saturday Gold Lotto’s $21 Million Superdraw!

A Cairns man in his 50s is in the market for a new home after winning a share in division one worth $1,615,384.62 in Saturday Gold Lotto’s $21 Million Superdraw. 

“I’ve got a smile from ear to ear,” the excited winner told a Golden Casket official. 

“I checked my ticket on the internet early Sunday morning and couldn’t believe it. 

“I reckon I checked it about 20 times before I yelled, ‘Yahoo!’ 

“I haven’t slept much since. I keep waking up wondering if this is real. 

“I’m so overwhelmed. This has come at a great time.” 

The new millionaire, who wishes to remain anonymous, said he plans to buy a house and invest the rest of his windfall. 

The winning 50-game QuickPick was purchased at Edmonton News, Shop 4 in Piccones Shopping Centre, 113 Bruce Highway, Edmonton. 

Syndicate celebrating after Superdraw win! 

A 25-member syndicate from the Beenleigh area spent Sunday celebrating after they won a share in division one in Saturday Gold Lotto’s $21 Million Superdraw. 

“I was going to bed on Saturday night and one of the syndicate members ran down the street yelling, ‘We’ve won! We’ve won!’” the syndicate leader exclaimed. 

“We had a wonderful day yesterday. We had a party to celebrate our windfall.” 

The syndicate leader said the division one win worth $1,615,384.62 has come at a wonderful time for everyone. 

“A few syndicate members cried, some have bills to pay and others want to travel.”

The winning 50-game QuickPick entry was purchased at Beenleigh Mall Newsagency, Shop 19 in Beenleigh Mall, Main Street, Beenleigh. 

Brisbane CBD sells $1.6 million winning ticket 

A woman from Brisbane’s northside is one of Queensland’s newest millionaires after her entry in Saturday Gold Lotto’s $21 Million Superdraw won a share in division one worth $1,615,384.62. 

The woman, who wishes to remain anonymous, was completely unaware of her division one win until she checked her ticket this morning. 

“Never in my wildest dreams did I think I’d win Gold Lotto!” the emotional winner said. 

“Maybe I can retire now.” 

The winning 12-game QuickPick was purchased from Rankin on the Mall, Queen and Albert Streets, Queen Street Mall in Brisbane. 

Roma sells $1.6 million winning ticket 

Saturday Gold Lotto players in the Roma region are advised to check their tickets as soon as possible as someone who purchased their entry in the area has won a $1.6 million division one prize. 

The unregistered winning ticket was sold from Nextra Roma, 94 McDowall Street, Roma. 

Nextra Roma owner Gail Henricks was excited to discover her outlet had sold a winning entry in the $21 Million Superdraw. 

“I thought a division one win was due! We’ve sold some smaller wins and I thought they were building up to a big one,” Ms Henricks said. 

Throughout Australia, there were 13 entries that won a first division share in Saturday Gold Lotto’s $21 Million Superdraw, each worth $1,615,384.62. Along with the four winning entries from Queensland, there were three winning tickets sold in New South Wales, another five in Victoria, and one in Western Australia. 

The winning numbers in Saturday Lotto draw 3357 were 5, 2, 1, 42, 19 and 16 with the supplementary numbers of 10 and 37.
