Wednesday 8 May, 2013 - Someone could be walking around Sydney’s Western suburbs completely unaware that they have been a millionaire for one week after winning $1 million in last Wednesday’s Lotto draw 3239!
Lotto players who recently purchased tickets in Bonnyrigg are encouraged to check their wallets and purses for a $1,000,000 division one winning Wednesday Lotto ticket.
As the mystery owner of the ticket did not register their winning Monday & Wednesday Lotto entry to a Players Club card, NSW Lotteries officials have no way of contacting the new millionaire.
NSW Lotteries spokesperson Belinda McDougall said that anyone with a ticket should check it either at a NSW Lotteries outlet or online at www.nswlotteries.com.au, as soon as possible.
“If the winner had registered their ticket to a NSW Lotteries Players Club card we would have phoned them last week with the good news. However in this case the winner may be completely unaware of their new millionaire status,” Ms McDougall said.
“If you have checked your Lotto numbers and think you may be holding the winning ticket, ensure that you secure the ticket and contact NSW Lotteries as soon as possible to begin the prize claim process.”
The winning ticket was purchased from Bonnyrigg Plaza Newsagency, Shop 22 in Bonnyrigg Plaza Shopping Centre, Bonnyrigg Avenue, Bonnyrigg.
Lotto players are encouraged to always register their lottery purchases to a NSW Lotteries Players Club card. Not only does registering your entry ensure your prize is secure it also ensures you can be contacted directly with news of a big win.
The winning numbers in Wednesday Lotto, draw 3239, on 1 May 2013 were 39, 7, 23, 2, 20 and 43 with the supplementary numbers 19 and 36.
