TattsLotto Superdraw makes Buninyong Grandma a multi-millionaire!
A Grandmother in Buninyong, Ballarat had a Mother’s Day to remember when she discovered she’d won a $3 million division one prize in TattsLotto’s $21 Million Superdraw!
The winning woman said she was enjoying lunch with her family yesterday when she remembered to check her TattsLotto entry.
“I was with my children and grandchildren when I asked my daughter to look up the TattsLotto results on her mobile phone. She read them out to me and as she did I checked them all off my ticket, one by one…Then I threw the ticket at her and screamed ‘I think I’ve won!’” the winning woman exclaimed to a Tatts official today.
“I’ve always done it pretty tough, so this will be an unbelievable change in all of our lives. I’ll finally be able to buy my own home.
“I’m not a lavish person so it will just be small and comfortable – a nice home in my country town. But it means I won’t have to worry about where I’ll end up when I’m 70 years old.
“I’m going to get some financial advice and dream big. Well, I’ll start dreaming when I’m actually able to get to sleep! I’m too excited now. I’ll also buy a new car and plan a holiday overseas.”
The Grandmother purchased her winning 12-game QuickPick TattsLotto entry from Sebastopol Lotto and Cards, Shop 2, 42-45 Albert Street in Sebastopol.
