Caulfield Guineas hero All Too Hard will face eight rivals in the Orr Stakes at Caulfield on Saturday, at his first start since finishing second to Ocean Park in the Cox Plate at Moonee Valley during the spring. Set for an ambitious 2013 campaign that is likely to include a tilt at some of the big races in Europe, the three year-old will not be at his peak for this contest but will still be hard to beat.
Kiwi superstar King Mufhasa has won ten races at the highest level – including two in Australia – and could add to that tally over a trip that he has won over on six previous occasions. He is one of only four runners in the field to have run in the past two months, after claiming the Group Three Challenge Stakes at his last start, along with Australia Stakes runner up Pinwheel , Perth Cup second Mr Moet and Le Remas , who won the Barton Stakes here on Australia Day.
Group One winners Wall Street and Mawingo go into the race first up as their begin their preparations for the Australian Cup on March 9, while unbeaten Mick Price galloper Callanish and the lone female entry, Dance With Her , round out the field.
