Who will win in the battle of the sexes this Superdraw Saturday? NSW

Tuesday 5 February, 2013 - Saturday Lotto’s $20 million Superdraw is this weekend, Saturday 9 February, and the countdown is on to see not only who will win a prize, but who will win the battle of the sexes!

Spokesperson Elissa Lewis said NSW Lotteries has revealed new statistics on the gender of first division lotto winners from 2012 ^.

“Last year, 63 per cent of division one lotto wins in NSW and the ACT went to male players, with 37 per cent going to female players,” Ms Lewis said.

“This split is consistent across Australia, with the overall ratio standing at 68 per cent to 32 per cent male to female lotto winners in Tatts Lotteries jurisdictions. This includes Victoria, New South Wales, ACT, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania and the Northern Territory.

“In the last big Saturday Lotto event, the $21 million November Superdraw, 12 winners across Australia shared the massive division one prize pool with three New South Wales players winning $1.75 million each,” Ms Lewis added.

“We’ll see how many life-changing wins will go to the men and women of NSW and the ACT in this weekend’s $20 million Saturday Lotto Superdraw.”

Players can enter the Saturday Lotto $20 million Superdraw by purchasing a Jumbo QuickPick which offers them 36 chances to win for $23.60, or they can enter for as little as $2.60 for four chances to win.
