Two Monday Lotto millionaires in North Richmond in two weeks! Will it be third time lucky tonight?

Tuesday 22 January, 2013 - In a stroke of good fortune, there have been two winning Monday Lotto tickets purchased from North Richmond in just two weeks! Will there be a third big winner in tonight’s $15 million Oz Lotto draw?

Each winning Monday Lotto ticket worth $1,000,000 was purchased from North Richmond Newsagency.

North Richmond Newsagency owner Simmo Singh said both of the wins on January 7th and January 21st have been a surprise, but he hopes there are more on the way.

“I’ve owned this outlet for just over three years, and two weeks ago was the first time we’d sold a winning ticket worth $1 million,” Mr Singh said.

“Now that we’ve sold TWO $1 million tickets in two weeks we’re really on the map!

“Wins like this are good news for our customers and for the area as they don’t happen too often.

“Everyone’s saying good things come in threes, so we’re hoping to sell a winning ticket in tonight’s $15 million Oz Lotto draw!”

NSW Lotteries advises that the winner of last night’s Monday Lotto draw did not register their entry to a Players Club card so there is a chance they are unaware of their newfound wealth.

“All of my customers are excited and wondering who the latest millionaire might be,” Mr Singh said.

“Because the ticket wasn’t registered to a Players Card, NSW Lotteries hasn’t been able to contact them to tell them the good news, so everyone should check their tickets in case they’re the lucky winner!”

The winning ticket in last night’s Monday Lotto draw was purchased from North Richmond Newsagency, Shop 3 in Heritage Plaza, North Richmond.

Lotto players are encouraged to always register their lottery purchases to a NSW Lotteries Players Club card. Not only does registration ensure your prizes are secure it also ensures you can be contacted directly with news of a big win.

The winning numbers in Monday Lotto, draw 3210, on Monday 21 January were 16, 33, 42, 15, 13 and 22 with the supplementary numbers 29 and 27.
