There’s a mystery Monday Lotto winner in Warrawong – Could it be you?

Tuesday 15 January, 2013 - Monday Lotto players who purchased tickets in Warrawong are encouraged to turn out their pockets today to see if they’re carrying a $1 million division one winning Lotto ticket!

As the mystery owner of the ticket did not register the winning Monday Lotto entry to a Players Club card, NSW Lotteries officials have no way of contacting the lucky winner with news of their new millionaire status.

NSW Lotteries spokesperson Zoe Knobel said that anyone who thinks they may have the winning ticket should contact NSW Lotteries as soon as possible.

“If the winner had registered their ticket to a NSW Lotteries Players Club card we would have been able to phone them with the good news. However in this case the winner may be completely unaware of their good fortune,” Ms Knobel said.

“If you have checked your Lotto numbers and think you may be holding the winning ticket, ensure that you keep the ticket safe and contact NSW Lotteries as soon as possible to begin the prize claim process.”

The winning ticket worth $1,000,000 was purchased from King Street Newsagency, Shops 4C, 145 King Street in Warrawong.

Lotto players are encouraged to always register their lottery purchases to a NSW Lotteries Players Club card. Not only does registration ensure your prizes are secure it also ensures you can be contacted directly with news of a big win.

The winning numbers in Monday Lotto, draw 3211, on 14 December 2012 were 3, 28, 5, 21, 12 and 6 with the supplementary numbers 18 and 32.
