Monday 20 August 2012 - The third Campbelltown winner to score a $1 million Lotto prize this month has lodged his prize claim with NSW Lotteries.
The local family man is one of two people who purchased their $1 million winning Wednesday Lotto entry from Macarthur Square Newsagency in last week’s draw.
The father-of-two, who has been playing Lotto for twenty years using the same numbers, submitted his claim at NSW Lotteries head office. He said that winning Lotto has been one of the biggest shocks of his life!
“At the moment I don’t believe this is really happening, it’s like a dream come true,” the winner said.
“I might work a little less now, though I really like my work so I won’t give it up just yet.
“We want to enjoy life, we can invest for our future and help out our kids, it’s a wonderful feeling,” the winner added.
The second Campbelltown winner who also scored a $1 million division one prize in this week’s Wednesday Lotto is a local woman who yesterday said that winning Lotto is a lot to take in.
“I can buy a car so I won’t have to always take the bus. I’ll buy a house, help my family and I might even go on a cruise,” the Campbelltown woman said.
On Monday 6 August another local woman in her mid-thirties won $1 million in Monday Lotto.
