2008 European champions and 2010 World Cup winners Spain will face France  in the Euro 2012 quarterfinals in Dontesk on Sunday morning. Spain progressed to the quarterfinals in fine fashion after topping Group C undefeated. The Spaniards got off to a quiet start registering a 1-1 draw against Italy before flogging Republic of Ireland 4-0 and defeating Croatia 1-0.

The French have had an inconsistent tournament after drawing with Group D winners England 1-1 and losing to bottom placed Sweden 2-0 in their final group match. Euro 2000 champions France are expected to test the flamboyant Spanish attack.

Game Breakers –Spain boast an enviable attacking line-up of the best players in world football. Cesc Fabregas  and Fernando Torres will be hoping to add to their tournament tally of two goals each against the French. France too have a number of attacking weapons including Manchester City's Samir Nasri and Bayern Munich's Franck Ribery who are both capable of finding the net early.
