Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. will be out to maintain his perfect professional record when he defends his WBC Middleweight Title against Andy Lee on Sunday. Chavez is the son of former multiple World Champion Julio Cesar Chavez who was arguably the best boxer to come out of Mexico. The undefeated Chavez has claimed some big scalps along the way to his impressive 45-0-1 record including America’s Peter Manfredo and Germany’s Sebastian Zbik from whom he won his current world title.
After climbing the ranks for over six years Andy Lee finally gets his shot at the big time after a recent second round knockout of noted brawler Saul Duran. Lee has been beaten once in his professional career and many believe is a chance of going the distance with his higher profile opponent.
