Carlton will be looking to bounce back from a disappointing loss to St Kilda on Monday night when they face the high flying Adelaide Crows at Etihad Stadium on Sunday afternoon. Despite their defeat last week, the Blues are just one win off top spot on the ladder and will be determined to reassert themselves as genuine flag contenders.
Adelaide are one of three teams to have won six of their opening seven games of the season and will be full of confidence after registering a 50 point win over defending premiers Geelong last weekend. If they are to continue their good form however, the Crows will have to overcome a hoodoo that has seen them register fifteen straight defeats in Victoria, stretching back to 2009.
