The Tigers  will be without skipper Robbie Farah for their round eleven clash with the Warriors . Despite intense criticism over his defence in recent weeks, Farah has been named as Blues hooker for game one next Wednesday. Nathan Friend will be a big loss to the Warriors after the tradesmen like hooker suffered a broken jaw in the Warriors round nine win over the Broncos.

History – The Tigers have been in fine form against the Warriors in recent encounters recording three wins from their past four games. Wests will be out for revenge after the Warriors narrowly defeated the Tigers to put an end to their 2011 season in week two of last season’s finals. The Tigers love playing at Leichhardt and have recorded nine wins from their past ten games at Balmian’s spiritual home.

Dangermen – Tigers winger Beau Ryan  has been in good form after a long absence last season and continues to find space down the right flank thanks to Joel Reddy who is sixth in the NRL for offloads, providing plenty of quality ball for his teammates. Young Warriors centre Konrad Hurrell  had a blinder against the Roosters last weekend crossing the line twice and chalking up three linebreaks on his way to a game high 203 running metres.

Prediction – Both teams have plenty of attacking ability and are capable of putting points on the board. The Tigers should relish the return to Leichardt Oval on the back of a bye and should come away with a narrow win. Tigers 1-12 .
